David Kline was born into the meat industry. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a business degree he joined his father and step brothers in the family business in January 1986. David discovered after several months his passion was in sales. David continues to share his love and knowledge for the industry with the passion and drive as when he first started selling over 27 years ago.
Doug Freeman is a husband and father of three children. After graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in accounting in 1984, and entered the family business on a full time basis. Doug has spent the past thirty years learning every aspect of the wholesale meats distribution business, including accounting, computer programs, butchering, purchasing, truck routing, and human resources. Doug works hard to ensure customer needs are of top priority.
Debbie has grown up watching her family start and run the family meat business. Debbie graduated from the University of South Florida and pursued her teaching career. After raising her children, Debbie decided to come back to her family business bringing her passion for cooking into the meat business. Debbie is one of our corporate chefs and quickly became one of the companies leading sales persons.
Steve Caine brought 30 years of experience and strong leadership qualities to the executive team. He started in the meat industry while in high school back in New Jersey. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a BS in Business Administration he joined the Larry Kline Meat family starting as a butcher and worked his way up to his position of CEO.
